I had a great stay at this downtown hotel. The location was fantastic and made it easy to explore the area. The service was top-notch, with attentive staff always ready to assist. The room amenities were impressive, with air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and a safe for my valuables. The free Wi-Fi in the room was a major plus, allowing me to stay connected throughout my stay. The breakfast spread was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. The bar/lounge area was also a nice place to unwind after a long day of exploring.

I would highly recommend this place to family and friends.

The hotel was realy in bad shape with two different categories of rooms, the new ones and the old ones which were the worst experience I ever had in a hotel, absolutely disguting.

Location, location, location! The O'Higgins is right across the street from the principal plaza in Vina del Mar, a wonderful people-watching place.

Like at many South American hotels, the bottom sheet is not a fitted sheet and is too small for the king mattress. For a room costing $150 per night one should expect to find typical hotel conveniences like a hair dryer, a bottle of conditioner, and a pool, and a sink that didn't cough-up previously drained materials.

Great breakfast buffet and comfortable rooms. the location was perfect, just a short walk away from the beach and local shops.

The staff seemed uninterested in helping and didn't provide much guidance on what to do in the area. the hotel could use some updating as it felt outdated and not well-maintained in some areas.

There was reconstrucion of roof ongoing and noise was terrible. There wasn't air condition even mentioned in hotel description. Not really five star hotel, three stars at most.

The rooms were beautiful, quaint and relaxing.

I didn't mind but much of the hotel was under renovations. If I were stuck on a floor like that, I definitely wouldve minded. The hotel could be loud during the dy while the workers were working.

My recent stay at Panamericana was fantastic. The hotel is stunning from the outside, giving it a grand feel. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, ensuring that all my needs were taken care of. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay.

Great location close to the bus terminal and downtown, as well as the festival. Clean and well-maintained hotel with good facilities. Delicious breakfast with varied options and friendly staff.

Nothing could have been better.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the bus terminal, which facilitates transportation to nearby towns. the location in downtown Viña allows tourists to easily walk to the Festival or to enjoy the restaurants and shops in the O'Higgins neighborhood. the service is great, with staff working hard to meet the clients' needs. the breakfast includes a good variety of Chilean and Continental options. Rooms are spacious and clean, with vintage fittings adding a special charm.

The swimming pool may be out of service sometimes.

Excellent location, central and near the beaches and railway station. Nice pool and gardens. Large and comfortable beds. Charming old fashioned lifts with friendly porters.

I recently stayed at a hotel near the beach and railway station. The breakfast was absolutely fantastic with a variety of options to choose from. The location was perfect for exploring nearby restaurants and attractions. a beautiful park was located a short distance away from the hotel, which made for a great stroll.

The location of the hotel was great for convenience but it was a bit noisy at night due to street dogs roaming around. The facility was old-fashioned and could use some modern upgrades.
